The Resource Room
The Resource Room (located beside Guidance in room 117)  is open from 8:15am - 3:30pm daily including lunch hour. We have computers, printers and scanners for student use at all times of the day.

The Resource Room offers a quiet alternate location for students to complete class work, get extra help or do tests. Please call Mrs. Moloney or Ms. Christie (your child's contact teacher as shown on page 3 of their IEP) to discuss how we can best support student needs.

Do you know about Homework Club?
While the PCVS Homework Club is not a Special Education initiative, it is a valuable program that we fully endorse. Homework Club runs Monday-Thursday from 3-4pm each week in room 221 and offers a teacher support work space with computers for all PCVS students to use to complete homework.

Enrichment Studies at Queen's
The Enrichment Studies Unit (ESU) offers enrichment opportunities to above average and gifted students in Grades 6 to 11, within the Queen's University setting. We offer commuter programs targeted to students and schools in our local area, and residential programs which serve students from across Ontario and around the world. Each year we attract about 3000 students who spend from one to five days studying an academically rigorous course and experiencing university life.
The secondary program runs from May 6-11 2012.  More information and registration forms can be found at http://esu.queensu.ca
